Cancellation Policy
Services are offered both in home or in studio. Bookings require a full payment prior to appointment. Cancellations must be done within 24 Hours of creating the appointment or no refund will be issued after 24 Hours of the service purchase. Appointments set for Clients Place must give at least a 2hr window for setup, service, and cleanup. There must be a clear space so set up of massage. nail equipment may be prepared in order to perform service. Crowded., cluttered spaces may be subject to additional equipment setup charge.
